Bro, I've been following your blog and find myself in your situation (soon to be lah). LOL. I'm planning to take a B full licence soon. I've no B2, but I've got a D (car). Few questions:
ReplyDelete1) How much did u pay to get the B full (including L)? Do u need to get B2 first before doing B test?
2) Did u buy the FZ150 new or second hand? I'm thinking of buying a second hand. Hoping can exchange information with u so that I can estimate how much second hand will cost.
3) How much u spend on full face helmet, gloves, and riding jacket? (what brand is good?)
4) How much to install the box? (A lot of people use Givi. Are other brands okay?)

I paid about RM700 for the license. Bought FZ new @ RM8,500. My full face MHR around RM3xx, jacket bought from Pertama complex RM1xx, gloves around RM150, jacket and gloves no brand. Box I bought new, plus bracket about RM4xx. Suggest to buy bracket and box used.

RM8,500 OTR is a good price. So far, best quotation I got is RM8,700.
I saw some jackets in Old Klang Road RM189, and gloves with knuckle protectors RM30. Can't remember the brand.
New box, Kappa brand is RM2xx while Givi is RM20-30 more
